Bert Otto, was born in Rotterdam.

He studied at the Academy of Free Arts in Vlaardingen.
Being a fanatic sailor, he started to make studies in maritime arts.
With his "spirit of liberty" Bert currently creates original
works of art in watercolor or acryl, using bright colors, sometimes heavily textured or totally smooth in a
figurative, abstract or impressionistic way."
